Contactable.pro allows users to create a personal profile page by scanning a business card. Users can choose between a free and premium version, with premium users gaining access to additional features, including but not limited to Calendar appointment booking, In device Sharing, QR code Sharing, Viewing profile analytics.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating a profile.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• The information extracted from business cards is processed using AI. While we strive for accuracy, you must review and correct any errors before publishing your profile.

3. Free and Premium Plans

• Free users have access to basic features.
• Premium users gain access to additional features for a fee.
• Payment processing is handled via Stripe, and we do not store payment details on our servers.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Email Communications

By using our service, you agree that we may send you emails for:

• Payment confirmations
• Password resets
• Promotional offers to upgrade from a free to a premium account

You can opt out of promotional emails at any time, but essential service emails will still be sent.

5. Profile Deletion and Data Removal

• You may delete your profile at any time through your account settings.
• Once deleted, your profile data cannot be recovered.
• We do not retain user data after profile deletion.

6. User-Generated Content

• Users may add additional information to their profile, including an "About Me" section.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, illegal, or violates these terms.

• We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the data extracted from business cards.
• We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of our service.
